Supercharger - San Juan Capistrano, CA - Verdugo St (LIVE 29 Mar 2024, 12 V3 stalls)

Place is definitely ready to turn on. Electrical/cabinets are all installed and clean. Construction tape behind chargers is for walkway/cement, not for electrical conduit. Just collecting dust until go-live.

    Indicated Range 2021 vs 2019 Model 3 P

Can’t speak from experience with a M3P but have 3 Teslas, and over 5 years Tesla experience - the indicated/displayed range is known to be off. Not sure what, exactly, it is based on, but they certainly aren’t absolutes! Some evidence to this is that say “to reset the indicated/displayed range...

Best way to hire Tesla for a day

Try Turo - its the airbnb of cars…. If I understand your request, you’re asking for a rental?

Any of you have 100/99 scores still not get any FSD till today?

I have 2017 Model S w upgraded MCU2 and HW3 computer upgrade. Been holding steady at 100/100 safety score, just to find out I need a camera upgrade to get FSD now 😒…. Been driving like a putz for weeks, and for no benefit except for efficiency.

Tesla infotainment system upgradeable from MCU1 to MCU2

The battery drain on MCU2 is likely due to having sentry mode enabled. Not all owners have experienced the same (while parked in the garage) because sentry has an option to disable while at home and/or work.

Wiki MASTER THREAD: Actual FSD Beta downloads and experiences

What if I normally irritate other drivers but have been on best behavior to qualify for FSD?

Should I sell my TSLA stock to buy a new Model S?

Hold the stock. Finance the new one with minimal $ down. Invest the rest. 2% loan is free money. Rinse & repeat, and it will likely afford you a new car every several years, in perpetuity.

Tesla S navigation screen goes black while backing up

Same thing happened to me last week. 2016 MS

    Supercharger - San Clemente, CA (LIVE 18 Nov 2017, 49 V3 stalls)

Never seen a line here before. Was 5th in line here today and a few cars stacking up behind me. Looks like sales are great but SC expansion continues to lag behind the sales curve.

Supercharger - San Diego, CA (Qualcomm / Pacific Heights Blvd., 12 V2 stalls)

I must admit, I have noticed it mostly during high-noon, which is likely peak power usage time..

Supercharger - San Diego, CA (Qualcomm / Pacific Heights Blvd., 12 V2 stalls)

/s Good to see that Carlsbad opening didn’t help the popularity of this location at all... longest line I’ve ever seen here today: 14 in line with 2 chargers remaining broken for the past few weeks. The SC network is decaying and Tesla doesn’t seem to be doing much about it...

Supercharger - Carlsbad, CA (7710 El Camino Real, LIVE 27 Sep 2018, 26 urban stalls)

SC’s have got to be the largest ROI item for Power Companies, hands down. Biggest bang for their buck, I’d bet.

Supercharger - San Diego, CA (Qualcomm / Pacific Heights Blvd., 12 V2 stalls)

Insult to injury: It certainly doesn’t help the 12-car waiting linea at this SuperCharger when all of the chargers have been VERY SLOW (like 15kw) for the past several weeks. Mind-blowing failure to attend to the details, especially at lilely the most popular SC in the World.

Supercharger - San Diego, CA (Qualcomm / Pacific Heights Blvd., 12 V2 stalls)

Another issue: blatantly childish and disrespectful owners charging here. Facts: 1. I showed up today and was 6th in line. I thought “that’s not so bad.” 2. There are 12 chargers. None of them reportedly charging slow today. And I still waited 50 mins (no exaggeration) to get a spot. 3. 20...

Supercharger - San Diego, CA (Qualcomm / Pacific Heights Blvd., 12 V2 stalls)

I shall be #294 to report in that the queue lines are absurd. I am currently 9th in line for a charge spot. Yes, it is high time. It is approaching gross negligence to sell a Tesla with any expectation of supercharger availability. Yes, Tesla is “working on it,” albeit at snails pace...

Supercharger - Santa Ana, CA (12 V2 stalls)

As 4Super9 posted, 8/12 are still coned off; not working. It appears as though the map marks the out-of-order chargers as unavailable. Map showed 3 open chargers and when I arrived, 3/4 working chargers were available.
