I think so too - I just wonder what kind of a price they would pull. My current car is a 2015 Camaro and when I bought my aftermarket wheels the stock ones with just 10,000 miles on them had trouble moving at $400 for the set. Id imagine Aeros will be going well under $1000 don't you think?

while were mulling over the possibility of buying someones aero wheels off them, what do you think the going rate will be for buying from forum members? just the wheels, so not factoring tires

I agree @Trips - seems like the wheel upgrade from Tesla really only makes a ton of sense for people living south or coastal. Here in the Midwest, snow tires are pretty important - don't feel like you can spend $1500 AND buy aftermarket wheel and tire for winter...

They certainly can. I would just prefer to have 2 sets of wheels, one with winter and one with all season. That way when the seasons change I can just swap wheels in my garage and go. If I only have one set of wheels, then I need to take my wheels to a tire shop twice per year and pay them $120...

Now that we have the specs for both the 18" wheels and the 19" wheels it shouldn't be hard to find a combo that can fit the $1500 range. My plan atleast is to purchase aftermarket 18" wheels. That way I can use the stock tires from Tesla on my aftermarket wheels, and buy snow tires for my stock...

sounds like an awesome experience. And to be honest missing that noise on a commute sounds really nice. When listening to music or the radio even now I sometimes with the Camaro would shut up so I can enjoy myself. Other than every once in a while I guess the V8 tone is just obtrusive...

Kind of agree, but Im sort of at that point where you realize maybe a 2 door gas guzzler isn't the most practical vehicle as you start to think about starting a family.
