$1000 discount for CT Reservation Holder on already Delivered Vehicle????

No way are you getting it after the fact. I also took delivery a week ago and didn’t know they’d credit it. It’s a write off no way they will give you back credit or cash after the fact

here’s an install write up from thadeus on FB, copied with permission: EVPE Camber Shim Kit install instructions This is a DIY overview. If you don’t know how to work on cars, please ask a shop to do the install. With the right tools and some mechanical knowledge, this is a one to three hour...

Alternative, DIY refresh Model X rear camber correction

Seemed like that was for Macboost and the machine cut shims as they are closed so you have to remove, while this shim is horseshoe shaped with an opening. But I suspect you’re right anyway you need to make 0.125” of gap to slide it in

Alternative, DIY refresh Model X rear camber correction

Ordered from Thadues the street ones. Thanks! Anyone know if you can just loosen the bolts and slip them in or do you need to remove the bolts? Also torque after to 80 ft/lbs correct?

    My MX delivery

thanks OP I originally ordered red MXP but switched to white as I was thinking is a bit too flashy for me. Seeing this thread made me change my mind, I’m switching back to red lol. It’s subtle not bright flashy red. Ok going for it thanks!

    Model X Winter Tires

sounds good, I would be interested but I already purchased some cyberstream rims and tpms just need the tires soon. Car isn’t delivered until Nov 19-Dec 31 so I may wait for a sale, Costco usually has 20% off January 1st if I can make it to that date without winters (or if it goes on sale...

    Model X Winter Tires

Thanks that makes me feel a little more comfy. So Costco had x ice in stock finally, and with a discount, comes to around 25% cheaper than the pirelli. I picked up some 20” cyberstream to mount on. My only concern is will Tesla Road Assistance lend me a wheel loaner if my tire is not the...

    2022 Refresh Model X 6 Seater Floormats

Anyone get the TuxMat for their X? Any pictures of the second and third row? Can’t seem to find any. Is it a one large piece or two piece in the rear? Thanks!

    Model X 6 Seater : Camping

If you could remove the two captains chairs temp (not sure how doable this is) you’d still have seating for four, and then could fold the rears down and have all the space.. anyone remove the captains chairs?

    Mud Flaps

I dunno, the oem and rally armor ones look pretty ugly imo. People used the Amazon one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Z3P24GJ and made some cuts it looks more integrated
  15. T

    Model X Winter Tires

New MXP coming soon, need to find winter tires/rims. The package from Tesla 20” cyberstream with pirelli winter seems like a decent deal. Like that it’ll probably be easier if you get a flat to get a temp rim/tire swap from Tesla roadside. But the warranty on the tires will be nil. Other...

    Model X Black T emblems

Bought the same satin black emblem yesterday, I’m going to have it PPFd when they do the rest of the car, I think that will protect it from that damage. Probably even can buy a small PPF square and cover the front only and cut around, would mostly protect it as most the damage would be on the front
  17. T

    Model X Black T emblems

Thanks for the quick feedback, will order from them. Waiting on my MXP refresh. Does the rest of the grill look the same (gloss) or is matte a closer match? Looking to match the grill thanks

    Model X Black T emblems

@RichieB @GreggSFO how has the emblems only front emblems held up? @doodlewalker says he’s been through 3 replacements just wanted to check if it’s worth it. I’d have to ship through to Canada and returns/exchanges will be a real problem with shipping and possible duties so prefer it works the...

Model X Ultra Red Waiting Room

Wow that sounds awesome. I remember seeing some premade carbon fiber grills for older Xs is there nothing new? What is the grill color now is that blacked out now or is it chrome?

Model X Ultra Red Waiting Room

    Canada - FSD rollout

I had an update stuck like this before. Opened a service ticket, mobile service. The rep fixed it remotely before then and removed the ticket after.

If you are not in FSD beta yet better start scoring.. about to get more testers..

    FSD price increase - AGAIN!

Wow that’s almost double. Wasn’t it $6600 upgrade EAP -> FSD? Now $11700 ouch. Glad I bought my FSD for $10,500 with my MYP early this year. It’s really not worth that much yet, but who knows it has increased my resale value. Hope my cybertruck FSD price is locked in, should be as thats...

    FSD price increase - AGAIN!

I thought EAP would stay half the price of FSD, and so you could hedge the price for FSD as it would be half. Sounds like not the case. Anyone with EAP show what’s the cost to upgrade to FSD now?
  27. T

    Canada - FSD rollout

Yay looks like we all get the update next week..

Mountainpass Comfort Coilover review for Model Y LR in Vancouver BC?

Had it done with Cyril Wheeler Automotive | Specializing in Teslas around $650. But it took most of a day to adjust proper and was a pain, don’t think he wants to do another. Lol

Model 3 extended warranty in Canada

Seems pretty pricey without powertrain and battery
  30. T

Mountainpass Comfort Coilover review for Model Y LR in Vancouver BC?

I have this installed on a MYP in Ontario. Just a small improvement especially on MYP it doesn’t bottom out anymore. It probably is similar to LR but still feel bumps and stuff
  31. T

Enhanced Autopilot is live in Canada for $6,400

Well if you’re interested in FSD beta but don’t want to spend for it now, this is sort of hedging the cost as it may go up in price. They say you can upgrade to FSD for half the price once you have EAP. Still not sure it’d be worth it, until perhaps they merge summon code with FSD beta...

    PPF recommendations in west end?

Not sure if this is too far west for you, but The Guelph Detailing Company did a great job on mine and was reasonably priced.
  33. T

    Canada - FSD rollout

Yes. My MYP has ryzen delivered in Feb. Took almost two months to get an update with Canada safety score, by then I missed the first wave. Also once I had the software, had to open a ticket with service to get them to enable it with HO as it just wasn’t showing safety score. Finally enabled...

    Canada - FSD rollout

I had the same issues as you guys, had it set to 15km over and it goes too fast in residential. That was my setting for autopilot on hwy, changed it to 10% as I’d much rather be increasing speed by scrolling than decreasing it, and that’s worked for me. Doesn’t recognize speed bumps in my...

    Canada - FSD rollout

Got it too! 2022.12.3.20 Around 99.5% score about to hit 100 with just a few km based on teslascope. Finally no more f score! Going to test later!

    Auto Insurance in Ontario

I used to be on the personal and switched to td meloche monnex which ended up cheaper. I guess it depends on area and cars and all insurance tend to keep raising rates until you leave for another insurer

Another round of price increases here in Canada - May 6 2022

Been thinking about it, perhaps elons pricing in some hardware upgrades for future FSD? Cpu and camera upgrades I’m sure aren’t cheap, but if he’s pricing that in so eventually we get the latest and greatest v4 that’d be good
  39. T

Another round of price increases here in Canada - May 6 2022

If anyone has a car on order, add FSD now there’s a bug with the old price.
  40. T

    Canada - FSD rollout

I’m at 98 sometimes 99. Using teslascope free can see the % in decimals. Was 98.6 (99 rounded in tesla app), hit a fcw and dropped it to 98.25 (98 rounded in tesla app). Better to have more km to buffer the score. If you start new and get a fcw it drops your score much more

    Wall Connector installed ✅

I don’t think anyone has been rejected ESA from a lower amp switch. There’d be a lot more complaints here about gen3 charger if that was the case

    Canada - FSD rollout

Recently? Or back a month ago when there was a few who got in?
  43. T

    Canada - FSD rollout

F ya it’s totally broken. Today turned right, got a FCW on a pedestrian walking on the sidewalk! He’s not even close to in my way, I took video even then it’s not clear why, he’s not even on the front camera at all! The warning showed a pedestrian. He’s on the f sidewalk wtf. Knocked me down...
  44. T

    Canada - FSD rollout

Finally at 200km with 100 score. After multiple false fcw and two resets it’s so hard to keep 100. Last fcw because of a parked cement truck not even sure why. Anyway going to let it sit. Anyone have any ideas when more beta testers will be added?
  45. T

    Canada - FSD rollout

Sometimes use the brakes when needed! I was relying on regen breaking through a roundabout where cars stopped for pedestrians, I relied on full regen and it would have stopped in time but got dinged for a FCW which is worse than hard braking! I had enough room and regen would have stopped on...

    Canadian FSD in USA

    Based on this tweet, yes
  47. T

    Canada - FSD rollout

First I would say if it’s as good as a 10 year old then AI is amazing and it’s just a matter of time until it matures at Tesla FYI supposed to be way better in the USA so once they fix up all the rules hopefully it’ll get even better
  48. T

    Canada - FSD rollout

Ya I’ve been solid on everything else. I pretty much use regen for all braking. At lights I can still launch off its great. Personally I would say it depends on which model. My 2018 M3 RWD LR didn’t have that much regen, now that I have a MYP wow it’s a lot more regen even when regen is reduced...

    Canada - FSD rollout

Got a phantom FCL and shot down to 96, since I don’t drive much I’m at around 200km. I’ve since driven 50km and it’s gone up to 98 now. To get back to 100 seems like I’d have to drive a good 500-800km more. I’ll probably only drive 100-150km this week, is it worth just resetting and starting...
