I use MP3tag software to fix the metadata and add appropriate covers to all my music I rip fro CDs to FLAC. Hope this helps.

How old is your car? This looks different than my 2017 (MCU1 AP2). The 4-pin connector (on the side of the black box, white cable) is probably the actual microphone module.

As long as you have the aux power source in the microphone grill area, this should work just the same.

You can do that by going to navigation history and swipe to the right to get rid of the entries you want to delete.
