I have had these same issues with my X and watch 3 GPS. Recently updated to iOS 11.4 and latest watchOS. I'm on 2018.20 also and it seems to FINALLY be fixed. Hope everyone else has the same luck.

Dang man, everyone on the west coast seems to be getting screwed. My delivery just got bumped from 3/29 to this Saturday in Nashville. I'm pretty confident you guys will still take delivery in late March. Once it hits production on your Tesla page things start moving very quickly.
