If you are still wondering, yes the 14 day trial is available in Canada for the Model 3. I just got it this morning. I had updated to 2018.32.6 yesterday night (from 32.2). I do not see any email from Tesla, just the trial notification in the car.

With this version the phonebkey is actually worse than before. It used to work 100% (samsung S9) but now whit the new version with constant notification, I sometimes have to unlock the phone and start the app otherwise the car won't open (it was already running, the notification was there)...

As an alternative you can order from partscatalog on ebay and they will ship to Canada. I didn't feel like picking them up at the border, so ordered that way and received them within 2 weeks (Montreal).
