I posted this in Github and didn't get any replies, so wondering if the forum has any ideas? I just checked it now and it's sat spinning it's wheels and trying to pull the temp data. From reading a few pages back I have no TIMEZONE set in my yml file, could that cause issues? I've not managed...

Not looked at Teslamate for a bit but it appears to have stopped gathering logs until I rebooted it? Can I get back the lost drives at all by having teslamate pull it from Tesla? I've no drives recorded from the 5th August up until today when I rebooted it!

yup, so I've completely deleted the app on watch and phone and fingers crossed the car is sleeping as expected. Suspect the app is causing issues perhaps with the recent car updates? Sadly from reading GitHub the dev has been struggling with Covid.

Thanks - So I had Tesla watch with background polling off and also in travel mode, so it shouldn't ever wake the car. I also had IO off. But the car never slept! IO now reconnected and its sleeping....as it was when I just did the Watch app yesterday. I do wonder if there is something when both...

That's why I reset it to stop ALL access, and now adding in things one step at a time!

I concur that is expected behaviour, but as per my pic above my car is never sleeping. Have Disconnected car from IO and just about to reconnect it!

yes charging was overnight, it finished at 530am, car hasn't slept since then. Reset the password and it's slept straight away! Re-auth'd Teslamate and it's stayed asleep......only Intelligent Octopus or Watch for Tesla left as culprits now!

I've an issue with my Y not sleeping. I reset the Tesla password and it slept as expected. I've slowly been enabling things, and then last night it stopped sleeping again. I see these warnings & disconnects in the Teslamate log, could it be a communication issue that is causing the issues...

Mine just went weird and gave me a 30min charge all night - until I remembered I'd changed my Tesla password, so it therefore couldn't communicate. Forgetting the car from the Octopus app and re-adding it gave me a proper schedule.
