Agreed. Dancing cars is bad PR, and AFAIK, smoothing out the image of the dancing cars shouldn't be a difficult proposition.
Maybe the executive shake-up was a good thing if they weren't able to recognize an easy win like fixing the dancing cars.
Absolutely. And, for the vast majority of the public, the issue isn't Tesla, but why does Europe require trucks to have side skirts, but the USA doesn't. In other words that is the issue that the media should emphasize.
And I really like Android auto, but you can have Android auto play through your phone.
About the best excuse I've come up with for Tesla not having third-party access is security. I would think they'd be able sandbox it, but a security breach would really be devastating.
Isn't he and others bitter because they bought in anticipation of self-driving arriving soon?
I apply the fool me once aphorism to any early adopter for any product.
I cut someone slack if they're in their early twenties although most of us learned the lesson in our teens.
Cruz is driving around San Francisco every single day and it's not a one-off highly produced event. When will it be ready? I don't know but I doubt they'll sell the full package to the general public anytime soon; however, Uber and Waymo should be concerned.

Same here. It doesn't look like traffic lights are being observed (even in shadow mode).
Maybe it's too much for the system and they're doing it in AP 3?
I think you make a good point, but you also have to take into account many non fatal accidents are never reported. That's what the experts say and if you want to confirm it for yourself ask friends and relatives if they've ever been in an accident that they didn't report. You might have to press...
Let me guess you all have iPhones. I have a gen 3 August as well and it's problematic at best with Android.
As of today the August Android app has 3540 ratings and 790 one star reviews for a 3.5 overall rating. The iPhone August app review was 4.8 with 37k reviews.
I'm a long-time Android fan...
I wonder if that's the car imitating human drivers. If I'm in the right lane then merging cars should speed up and pass me or slow down and stay behind me but don't drive right beside me as if the lane doesn't end.
Get up to speed and pass me and don't wait till the last second then decide you...
