I hope this means that cars with older batteries will show more accurate range. I think this is needed especially as gen 1 cars start to get up in age, it's good that Tesla is thinking about how to better track their battery life.

The trunk floor cover is a standard item that comes with any new Tesla, so if you got a CPO from Tesla, they should have added this trunk floor cover themselves. If they did not, you need to contact service so they can order one for you. I went through that process because I bought a CPO model...
