12v battery in Model Y?

I recall seeing talk years ago that the Model Y wouldn't have a 12v battery. Now that they're shipping is that still the case? If the Model Y did end up having a 12v battery, is it the same shape/size as the Model 3? I recently upgraded my Model 3 to the Ohmmu battery when its 12v failed. However now I'm starting to consider trading up to the Model Y, so if it does have a 12v battery then I'd be interested in bring it across if possible.

It says it has one in the owner's manual, which you can find online.

A quick look at the parts catalog shows the 12 volt battery as 1129182-00-B for the part number.
