I did a search and saw most discussions regarding fitting 3 cars seats, but how is the space in the middle seat with 2 car seats installed on the outside seats? Will it be able to fit a passenger?
On my XC90, there is ample space in the middle. I had a Mesa infant car seat and a Britax grow with you high back booster with 5 point harness. The Mesa has been switched to a Britax Advocate Click tight and there is still ample space in the middle seat.
The same setup consisting of both of the Britax makes my wife’s CX-5 middle seat very cramped.
The Advocate definitely takes up a lot of space. We are considering getting a new booster for my wife’s car to replace the current booster. But probably won’t make much difference.
Even with the removal of radar and state tax rebate, I’m still strongly considering a MY.
