Is this the diagnostic adapter for 2012 MS for apps like Scan My Tesla? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09KQK9SF7

Also, is this location of diagnostic adapter?

You connect that adapter to the connector that you find by releasing the cubby. Push down hard on the bottom lip to release the cubby. It's only held in by two snaps. The Tesla diagnostic connector connects to the white connector on the cable you sited.

I'm sure it is there. It looks like it is behind the plastic. I see a sliver of blue in the curved hole on the right. I suspect this is the connector. The diagnostic connector is part of the wiring harness and not something that could be "left out" or disconnected. You may have to pull off the side panel to get to it, but in all the cars I've looked at, it's easily accessible in the area you've opened. Not sure why it's pushed into the side like that.

Dumb question, is there room to have a bluelink, or teslaoffer accessories plugged in and have the cubby back in place?

If i get the 057 battery monitor while I still have battery warranty, that has to always be plugged in 24-7. I didn't want to smush my new bluelink so i haven't tried it. Will wait for after today's warranty service appointment (door handle, window switch, others)
