2014 S Charging Port Won't Open

It means some kind of error is present. Can you get into the hidden service menu? Here is my photo, is the visualisation similar like this, but in red?

Here is short guide, it’s how the system is working on iOS (just took screenshots):

You will have a pop-up:

Select the place you have saved your files:

After you have clicked “Add” the photos/files will be available underneath your message. You can choose to click “Insert Thumbnail” or
“Insert Full Image”. I choose “Insert full image”.

And click on the red button on right corner to post it here.

Why don't you try to press in on the port door manually, and it will pop out open. Then check to see if in the car it shows green open, and then shut the door from the outside of the car and see if everything is OK. There is a black button on the left side inside the charging port door that can be adjusted. Maybe you can see if it needs to be adjusted inward or outward by turning the little black button switch.
 
My 2015 has the adjustable button.
Yours is change, isn’t? Mine looks like this and it’s not adjustable. Also changed to motorised version. To the OP, if you have no functions on the door then there might be malfunction on it. The door is separate unit, functioning together with the charge port. It usually should generate corresponding error too. If you know that you have manual door then there is no worries to pry it open. If you have any resistance on the door (motorised version) then you might damage that hinge part.
