Hi all,

Looking to see if anyone is interested in assuming the lease for my 2015 70D. Here are the car details:

- Midnight Silver Metallic
- Autopilot enabled
- 19" wheels
- Piano black interior
- Panoramic roof
- Subzero package
- ~24,600 miles

Lease details:

- $952.69 monthly payment
- Ends September, 2018
- 15,000 miles per year
- $50,594 purchase option at end of lease term
- Leased by US Bank

As for the car itself, it's still absolutely great. I haven't been able to take more photos yet, I'd like to clean and vacuum it first but the weather hasn't been the greatest for that, but I at least wanted to gauge interest. The paint is still great, no chips that I've noticed and certainly no dings, and haven't had any technical problems. The wheels do have a few scratches here and there. It had its first annual service a few months ago and everything checked out, tire wear was exceptionally even with plenty of tread left. It's still an awesome car, I've just been thinking lately it would be nice to put this lease payment money towards my Model 3 down payment.

Let me know if you have any questions, and I can try to put more photos up if there is serious interest.

Here are some more photos I've just taken this afternoon. Didn't get to clean it as much as I wanted, but should give you the gist.

Hi @tgal, yes it is still available. I'm talking with a couple folks at the moment but no one's firmly committed just yet. A lease transfer entails me sending you some paper work for you to submit to US Bank. The paper work states my intent to transfer the lease, and includes a credit application for you to fill out. From there, assuming you're approved, US Bank will likely have you sign a few more things and work on moving everything over to you. Then you can come pick up the car.

@kevincupp I decided to pay for the repairs so my Mini will make it until I take delivery on my Model 3 reservation. Saving up a downpayment until then is a good idea too. ;) It was exciting to think about taking over your lease though. I am surprised it is still available. This is a great deal in my opinion. Good luck!

@tgal Not yet. Been talking and negotiating with a lot of folks, I even had a few people ready to pull the trigger a couple weeks ago so I went with one of them but the guy couldn't get his credit application approved because he found someone had stole his identity, crazy stuff. Then of course everyone else who was ready to go had moved on by the time that happened. So, it's been a lot of bad luck, bad timing, and bad deals.

Here's my Lease Trader listing for anyone interested:
