2015 model a paint chipping

I bought a pre owned 2015 model s from Tesla almost a year ago. I have Tesla's limited warranty. Attached are photos of the paint coming off the hood. Tesla refuses to do the repair due to rock chips. Is their anything else that I can do to get them to repair it?

Your warranty doesn't cover wear and tear items. A rock chip is wear and tear. Not sure why you would expect Tesla to repair that.

Looks like your clear coat is failing, not sure a touch up kit is going to do much here. Might be worth taking it to a body shop to get an estimate if it bothers you.
