2015 Model S Connectivity issues to App and services in the infotainment system

2015 Model S lost the connectivity to the app almost 20 days back, service date is a month away. Weird thing is buch of things work inside the car but some don't.
Doesn't work in car,
- Tunein Radio
- caroke
- available charger status for super charging stations
- no software update from last 2months ( even on Advanced)
- voice controls
- theater apps

Tried restarting multiple times, even tried the power off option and waited for 15mins before the car was restarted. But no luck yet.

Did a MCU upgrade and connectivity/modem update to lte in last December.

Anyone else faced these issues?

I am having a similar issue on my car. I have a 2014 Model S that has been upgraded to MCU 2. The car has not been visible to the mobile app in 20 days. Bumping this in case anyone else has found a solution.

Ya had to get a service scheduled, looks like the security token expired somehow. Service guys also had no clue. Looks like only option is to schedule a service and good thing is they didn't charge anything
