The charge port is flashing green. Came back about an hour later and noticed that charge port is black. I opened the driver's door and dash says Charging and port is flashing green again, very annoying. It has happened twice in about 6 months.. Guess I need to keep an eye on it while charging which is not convenient. Hard to trouble shoot an intermittent problem!

That's the way the charge port is supposed to work. It doesn't stay illuminated the entire time you are charging the car.
