2019 Model 3: best power bank and wireless charging solution

I would like to charge my iphone 13 at max rate of 30w or better. I understand that the power output from USB-A plugs is 15W. I would like to use a power bank to accomplish this and wondering what is the best solution out there.

My thoughts about the power bank specs:

• 10,000mAh or better capacity
• ability to charge and discharge the bank simultaneously
• at least one output port but preferably more.
• 30W (5V) output per port

The INIU power bank was recommended by Tom's Hardware and comes pretty close to the specs except Amazon reviews point out the power output goes down dramatically if the unit is charged at the same time.

Lastly, is there a consensus on the best wireless charger for iphones that would be compatible with a 2019M3?
