2019 Model 3 SR+ Frunk Primary Latch failed

Hi, just been quoted an eye-watering £237 from Tesla to fix this. Not entirely happy on a 4.5 year old car. Half a year out of warranty. Frunk is barely used, and it's just given up the ghost.

I can hear the actuator clicking towards the right headlamp. Pushing down on the frunk and pressing the button does nothing. The latch is failing to release at all, how the hell do I access the frunk when the latch fails to open?
