2020 Model S Wheel Offset and Fender Clearance Question...

I'm ready to purchase the 19" wheels, I have a dilemma though.

19x8.5 35mm offset 245/45/19 PS4S Square Setup

I'm pretty confident this is a standard setup and will not have any clearance issues at all, however the wheel I like comes in 19x9.5 also w/ a 33mm offset and I'd run a 275/40/19 in the rear, this setup clears the suspension, but pushes the wheel 13.4mm closer to the fender, wondering if anyone has done anything more aggressive than this without issue?

I'm running 275/40/19 in the rear on 19x10s w/ a 40mm offset. I've heard of people running 20mm spacers with this setup, which would be a net-offset of +20. You should be okay.
