2020 S Performance suspension problem

I have a problem with my 2020 Raven S Performance, 6000 miles. The ride is very harsh at low speeds, as if the suspension would let all road imperfections transfer to the car. On highway, after a while, there is a very low frequency sound with vibration what most people do not hear, but complain that their ears feel pressure and start to feel sick. I've tinkered with the hatch a lot and that does not seem to be the problem. The car was perfect when I got it so something has changed drastically.

Problem started a few months ago during a very hard acceleration. The car physically works but as if in the acceleration something broke. Tires and rims (Tesla original) have been checked by a specialist and they are ok. Tesla says everything is ok after 20min test drive. For me, driving the car causes a headache. Any ideas?

Try setting suspension to the softest ride setting to see if there are any changes in what you are experiencing. I thought the "standard" ride setting was too harsh for the 90 percent local, "city" driving I am doing during the pandemic... don't really do much performance driving now.

That's one of the weird things. Comfort setting does not help with the harshness. I feel a difference between sport and comfort, but not as much as I would think. I previously had BMW with adaptive drive and it glide over bumps with comfort, but this does not. Wheels are 19".
