2020 Tesla MY no HV engage

Hi
I have 2020 Tesla MY the hight voltage is not engage, the car had front accident, the main harrness replaced, pyro fuse replaced, airbag fixed and the airbag light turnd off and couple things fixed
I checked the AC compressor isolation more than 10 mohm, everything looks fine the HV battery reads 350V, I have couple messages related to the high voltage, any suggestions?

The a201 and a203 errors make me think there is still a wiring or 12V power issue.
