I called up Tesla’s 510 number a short while ago… all of a sudden having a VIN means they will interact… woohoo!

I was told my car is still in production and it will leave the factory in a couple of days. Then 10 days to the ATL…

I didn’t want to be one of those who just ran after they got their car, so I’m back with some photos. Took delivery this morning. LR/Blue/White/21’s/FSD. RN1153, July order in Orange County, CA. Had a final EDD of 10/7-10/14 but got delayed because they found a scratch they had to correct prior to delivery. Wow! Leaps and bounds above my 2018 Model S 75D. Acceleration is wild, and the car truly feels much more luxurious than before. Can’t even imagine what a plaid would feel like (this in insane mode is AMPLE for me). Gotta get used to the yoke….but it was worth the wait!!! Missing only the cargo cover, otherwise complete and I’m not seeing any gap issues or major paint flaws. No wrinkles on the seats. A little annoying they left the car out overnight and it had condensation all over it, but whatever. A+ Tesla!

Caught a glimpse of your reflection in the B-pillar & got a kick out of the MASSIVE smile on your face. Cant wait to have that same smile plastered on my face non-stop in a couple weeks.

planetary alignment.
if you look in the manual (yup, i did, no car, so what else do i have to do with my time?) - anyway, it shows the 21" only have summer tires, and the 19" have summer OR all season.
I don't know who you have to sleep with to get either. I may end getting 1/2 and 1/2, and probably a single 21" wheel. as it is, you know, Tesla, and those monkeys are quite the jokers!

Nope all seasons tires only offered for the LR. No option for the Plaid. Came from the SA in MN that owns a new Lr.
so I kinda believe him.

Strange your gap widened. Mine has been sitting at Oct 22 - Nov 11th for 6 weeks now. I'd expect yours to shrink to a 2 week window soon. Here's to hoping!

Haven't driven or sat in the refresh yet. I'm saving that glorious experience for my own car.

My EDD starts tomorrow, and still no VIN !!! Ive seen a couple of people's window start and hadn't receive a VIN yet, I just cant remember what happened to them after that. Has anyone been in this situation or remember if they just eventually got pushed out?
