2021 Third Brake Light Leakage

The SC recently replaced the rear windshield due to a stress crack.

I didn’t notice until tonight, but when the third brake light illuminates, I can see it partially to the left and right in the rear view mirror.

Is this normal? Anyone else with a 2021 see the light illumination?

They probably forgot to put the foam strip that goes over the top and sides. I actually have to make a post to see if anyone has a DIY on how to clean it without ripping off the foam off
