2022 Refresh Model X selling price

I am thinking about selling my 2022 Model X with 9500 miles. What’s the reasonable selling price?

White with Black interior
FSD
7 seater
Ceramic coating and ceramic tint($1500 value)
All weather mats($250)
Comes with 2 key fobs($300 value) and key cards
Comes with mobile charger
Lien on the car
Swivel screen and 1 year premium connectivity
Yoke steering

Trade in value with $71,300(as of yesterday) with an option to transfer FSD which puts trade in value at close to $80K. Same car after recent price deductions is around $98,000(including destination charges). And also includes tax savings. I am located in NC

My guess is that most owners of refreshed X's will hold off selling so even though the market price might be mid 60's, there just won't be any to buy.

In 2 months there will be 2024 Model X available for $72.5k after EV credit. At that point not sure how a '23 sells for more than high 60's and a '22 low 60's

For what it’s worth, I have 2 $78K offers from FB market place.

And people need to understand that only 5 seater qualifies for tax credit and that’s the least popular model. When 6/7 seaters qualify for tax credit, the value could do down more. Also, not everyone qualifies for tax credit
