2023 New Model X Supercharging Super-loud Noise like in Spacecraft

Hi everyone, I have a new X bought in June this year. When I do supercharge, there is a super loud noice inside the car that last for about 1 minute.
Usually happens when charging status is over 60%, like 67% or near 80%.
Usually preheating the battery on the way to the supercharger, about 3-5 miles.

AC on manual, level 2 - turned off - still can hear
Air system - turned off - still can hear
Windows - all close
Charging station - 250KW or 150KW - all happened for about 1 minute

I had a 2020 Model X but never hear any noise like this before. Sent to 2 different service center and the technician says it's normal. I compared to my old car, my friends' new Model X, never had anyone's car make this high loud noise.

Just wondering maybe someone here had experienced the same issue or had any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Tesla Maximum HVAC can be very loud as if It's a helicopter or it's about to explode.

It happens with Tesla Supercharger to cool down your battery during a fast charge so I wouldn't worry about it.

sounds like AC compressor hum at full power.
even if u turn off the cabin AC, it will still be on for cooling the battery.

I'm concerned when the car DOESN'T sound like it's going to take off!
