2023 Tesla Model Y w enhanced autopilot missing summon and autopark.

I bought my tesla model y in december w enhanced autopilot and while buying it says that it comes with summon and autopark. However none of those features have came to my car yet. Tesla says it will come in a software update but when is this software update getting released?

The song is getting old, I have been waiting since Feb 2023...nothing at all! The features worked very very well in our 2018 model 3, but the improved system is still missing! I would like to get my $$$ back.

It can be helpful if you mention the firmware level you currently are at. And which software addons you purchased.

Cars without USS (ultra sonic sensors) don’t get those two features (and if you bought a new Model Y in Dec 2023 your car doesn’t have USS)…the features are supposed to be delivered at some point but I don’t think any timeline has been given (and I wouldn’t expect them).

Autopark - very helpful. Varies in its confidence with software updates.

Summon - highly restricted in its action here in the UK. When it does, sometimes, work on balance it’s just faster and easier to get in and drive. You’re not missing much.

My tesla just got a update 2024.2.11 which added autopark to my car so I am hopeful that summon is on its way soon as well.

I paid 6k extra for Enhanced Autopilot so I would get this feature and now, a year later still no word, no explanation as to why I didn't get what I paid for OR when it might be coming. There should have been some dialog, possibly even an offering of a refund if you're not delivering what was paid for. Perhaps I'm too old fashioned so I wait a year before stating my opinion. So is it coming or what ? I know I don't have sensors .. I know I have only cameras. Is there a promise date .. when one gets what they paid for ?
