Yes, but...

Even if someone says "no its not" there would be zero that tesla will do unless or until the car reaches 30% battery loss, or 70% health, unless you get battery error alerts.

Said another way, 7%, 17%, 21%, would all have the same response from Tesla, which is "contact us if it gets below 30% loss".

Understood on the Tesla view point, just curious if other MYP's out there are around 7% loss. Seems fine with me, with the growing amount of SC's the full use of the battery is never in play.

Its perfectly in order and just about what to expect after a year or so.
Time causes more loss than the miles.

I recon you usually charge to 70% or above? In that case you could expect to loose aboyt 6% the first year from time only, and another ~1% from the cycles.
