22" Turbine Clone Wheels from eBay

Is there any feedback on the 22" Turbine Clone wheels I have found on eBay?

I really want a set of 22"'s for my X but don't want the flat black of the genuine Tesla wheels. I've been looking at used sets of black or silver and have been getting quotes of $200 or so per wheel to get powdercoated.

These clones all seem to be around $1600 - $2000 for a set of 4 in black / gunmetal / silver. I have no clue what the weight is or how good the finish is... was hoping to get some information here.

I would compare the wight of these clones to the Tesla wheels. While multiple variables go into range loss when moving from 20 to 22, weight does play a role.

Yeah can't find the weight listed anywhere. I just messaged one of the sellers and will see what they say.

They replied and said 46 pounds but I think they weighed the box also. That can't be right. Stock is what 33 pounds?

Make sure you verify the load rating before you buy. Model X is a heavy car!

I saw these too.
Not that I know tsportlines are any better, but I wouldn’t risk getting these replicas that are made in China especially if my wife and kids are in riding in the MX.

just spend the extra $$ and get OEM

Where they are made is not the real concern just that they are correct for the car. If it seems too good to be true...

I may hold off on those.
