244/50/19 Blizzak Winter Tires

Could someone please confirm if these will fit on the 255/45/19 rims? Tirerack is not giving me any errors but I still want to confirm.

What you want to do is look at the specs for a given tire then find the rim width range, this will tell you the recommendation. In your case, the recommended rim width range is 7-9. Stock gemini wheel is a 9.5. So technically no but ive seen many users on this forum use this tire sizing.
