Will 245 50 19, or even 245 55 19 rub or will it work like a charm?standard suspension, no lift kit installed..

Yes. They will only be about 15mm taller than OEM. I'm running 275/45R19's. I do have a lift of 10mm on my car, but these tires would have fit without the lift.

Here's the website you need: www.willtheyfit.com. They have a calculator that let's you enter all of the relevant data for both the original rim/tire and the proposed new rim/tire.

The 60's would not fit, but if you can find some 245/50's they would fit. 50's would have a diameter about 3mm smaller than my 275/45's and I have about 1/2" clearance between the inside top edge of the tire and the suspension. I went with the 275's in order to protect better from curb rash. I've a got a set of Volk Racing TE37 Ultra M-Spec Rims and I definitely do not want to curb them!!
