2K Pre-Refresh Discount

Some have posted they got their pre-refresh 2K discount as a credit after paying and some as a discount. But shouldn't it come off the price of the car as a discount? Our tax and license cost is based on the price of the car,so is car insurance. So if you get a credit after you pay, you are losing money. Right?

Good point. A $2K check afterwards means you didn't get the tax back. Get it on your mvpa before you pay. Required a simple phone call for me - they sent it up the chain of command but was updated in a half hour.
