MXP. Just took delivery early Dec 2023. That seat suddenly stopped moving when using seat adjust. I suspect the answer is to take it to service, but I thought I'd ask for any possible solutions

I tried the two button reset. I also tried turning the car off then back on after 2 min.

Any other suggestions?

There must be a plug under the seat (I’ve never looked). You might check that before calling for service.
