3 21" Turbine tesla wheels

So i got these from a buddy of mine 3 Turbine tesla wheels

2 have tires on them Conti's with 8/32 thread
1 is in the box and would need a tire

1 wheel has center cap and TPMS unknown what year this wheels came from so dont know if its a new sensor or old one.

Can you check the inner spoke of the wheel in the box to see if it is 21x8.5 or 21x9 ?

So , the inner spoke states 21x9.0J , but the mounted tire is a 245/35-R21 ? Just asking because the 21x9 rims came with 265/35-R21.

I hate to ask again, but the picture is quite small with a lot of sun flare: what is the condition? Any scratches, chips, dents, repairs, etc?

That’s the tire that’s on it like i said these weren’t my wheels and yes the wheel say 21x9, the wheel is in good shape
