5 miles plus per kilowatt

Good afternoon everyone , I’ve achieved today 5 miles plus per kilowatt. My round trip today did amazingly well with the Northeastern heat wave with my 23 MYLR with A/C set to 68 degrees.

Lucid motors CEO said not has achieved 5 miles per kilowatt.

He’s of course talking about EPA ratings and not a one-off trip in ideal conditions.

Neat achievement that would be even more interesting with some more detail about route/speed etc…

Seems like every vehicle has a sweet spot for one parameter or another. Some will corner at over 1G, have a huge range, carry/tow a lot, be fun to drive, connect with the vehicle, have great looks, inexpensive to run, fast on a track, fit in a garage, lots of charging stations, prestige, comfort, etc. What would be perfect for you, might be terrible for another.

200Wh/mi (aka 5mi/kWh) is relatively easy to do, just get off the Interstates and enjoy the drive.

Lucid CEO may be suggesting that they have hit EPA numbers of 5mi/kWh, which is great.
