Wanted to take the time and thank Frank and the guys at the North Austin Tesla service center today. Yesterday I got a warning regarding my low voltage battery needed to be schedule for replacement. I went today at noon and come 1 o’clock they had replaced the battery and I was headed on my way to work. It was not under warranty for my 2017 X with 65k miles and thus the cost w taxes was $254.00. This is what you call great customer service and I’m glad it is improving with Tesla.
