I just went to check for my product statuses and my Loot Box has disappeared. The last time I looked at it was about 3 days ago - perhaps March 3.
Without the Loot Box, I know of no way to learn where in production/delivery/cancellation etc., any of the products are.
There is at present a new thread regarding this in the "Model 3" subforum. It doesn't belong there; if all goes well a Mod for that site will port over to here its few posts.
