No. You need at least a 90A breaker for that. You can only draw 80% of the circuit rating for continuous load. With a 80A breaker you're limited to 64A.
everything is newly installed along with upgraded 200amp panel. Just made the mistake of putting in an 80amp instead of 90. Not a major deal. Missing like 4-5 miles per hour.
If the wiring can take it you might as well go to 100. They are probably cheaper and more available than a 90 amp breaker. Then if any older two charger Model S's show up you are good.
