A wants list for the Model S

1. A scalable clock app for the screen. The current clock is too small (at least for me).
2. A direction adjustable microphone that would make conversation easy.
3. I love the google search for my iPhone that uses the microphone. Some app like that for navigation. Current one, miserably fails.
4. Audio/bluetooth that pairs with hearing aids (I need them-Those who are younger-wait till you get older!).
5. Of course, a better and more easily reachable coffee cup holder.
6. Google street view like capacity for directions.
7. More, off the market cheaper central console organizer for Model S
8. Reminder alarm to carry the charging cable with you!

Given all the 2012 dates, and shortage of comments, I hope you are right. Nice layout, though.

Hmmm. How about some more basic features that you can get in a base Honda or Toyota?

• LED headlights
• coat hooks
• lighted vanity mirrors
• actively cooled front seats
• four zone climate control (for rear passengers)?

1. adjustable height seat belts
2. active noise cancellation
3. speed sensitive sound (music, guidance, phone, etc)
4. faster connectivity
5. wifi hot spot capability
6. fob based driver profile support

More easily accessible updated features. Tesla updates but doesn't really have clear instruction on how to access these features.

This thread is a little dated with not much activity, but I would be curious to have a "Feature request" thread with votes or something with what current Model S owners feel would be good to have, or upgraded/fixed. I know a lot of these are probably common throughout the forums but a compiled list might be nice. Maybe one exists, but I searched and couldn't find one. Anyway, I like would like to see:

•blind spot warning indicator in side view mirror
•some kind of universal mounting option for dash cam (front & rear)
•Carplay support
•HUD

I don't currently own a Model S yet so hard to really think of much.

I love the auto close idea for the sunroof and windows. I came out to my car after a meeting the other day to find about 2 inches of water in both front seats -- I had forgotten and left the sunroof ajar about 3 inches. Ugh. It only had to happen once, but I'll never forget abusing my beautiful seats. Luckily they dried right out and seem none the worse for wear.

11 is a great idea! even better, have phones connected via bluetooth be part of the logic....

One thing I've been thinking about lately is an exhaust gas sensor in the HVAC intake, so if on auto, it switches to circulate when there are enough fumes for the smell to be detectable.
