Accelaration and Sentry Mode Disabled

Have had my M3 Dual Motor for 5 days now. There was an intervening Software update while I was out of town. Now I find thet the chill/standard options are greyed out (with the car stuck in chill mode). Additionally, sentry mode is greyed out

Any suggestions on why they got disabled and how I can bring them back to life?

No worries. Very much the same as learning a new computer operating system. You'll get the hang of it.

Have been stuck on “chill” in four months twice was speed limit or valet, seems to happen after software upgrade....
It’s all good. I thought the speed demons were punishing me.

New owner here too, avid reader. I have a similar issue my sentry mode is greyed out, and not on valet mode, my app is not accessible yet as name not on account yet but wanted sentry mode on at night. Any help much appreciated.
