Adding 2nd Hand Tesla To App?

Just had my M3LR delivered by Cinch today. It has the two key cards but how do I add it to my Tesla app on my phone?

I understand that in a private sale the previous owner 'transfers' ownership.

Have had no instruction from the Cinch and the child that delivered the car just wanted to leave.

There is also a way to force the transfer. Upload a bill of sale and ID to the App and in a few days you will have full access

Had mine working really quickly, driver’s license and receipt for sale from dealer uploaded in the Tesla app, think was less than 48 hours later and all was good in UK

Thanks, not sure I actually got a bill of sale from Cinch!...will give them a call tomorrow and ask for one!

Is there anything that you need to do in the car to initiate the transfer, or is it all in the app? Picking up a new (to me) Model 3 next week from a dealer, as there VW I can't see them having app ownership of the car to transfer!
