Adding a Pioneer TS-WX1210A powered subwoofer to a 2022 Model 3 SR+

I successfully added a Pyle powered subwoofer in my Tesla Model 3 SR+ with the Hansshow audio harness and a neighbour with the same year/model and hansshow audio harness asked for my help him in doing the same for him but for a pioneer TS-WX1210A powered subwoofer. the power indicator led is not coming on. I measured voltage going into the subwoofer at 15.84V I also tried his sub in my car setup and same issue no power indicator, I then hooked up my Pyle subwoofer in his car and it is working fine.

I noticed on the Pioneer manual/install sheet for the specs it says POWER SOURCE: DC 14.4V (10.8V to 15.1V) does anyone know because it is over the 15.1V that is why it will not power on and if I would need to use a stepdown voltage converter? I also confirmed there are no blown fuses.d

A separate question does anyone know where I can connect the blue remote for the subwoofer ?

Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated
