Adjust rear fascia?

Hi,

Thanks for admittance to the forum. Seems like a great place to provide and get help for our Teslas.

I had Tesla retrofit a tow hitch to my Model Y, but they left some gaps in the rear bumper and left wheel aech. Is this something that I can easily fix myself?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
