Advice on PM3 being driven recklessly by Tesla body shop

I dropped my car off at the Tesla Buena Park service center to repair a minor scratch and it was contracted out to City Collision. Prior to dropping it off at Tesla, I enabled speed limit mode to 50 mph just to make sure my car wouldn’t be driven recklessly. While my car was being driven back to Tesla from city collision, I received 4 alerts that it was approaching 50 mph. At first I didn’t think much of it until I picked up my car and took a closer look at the energy consumption graph. Based on the graph and alerts I received it was glaringly obvious that my car was driven recklessly by City Collision employees on the 5 mile drive back to the Tesla dealer.

Thoughts on how to proceed?

is your car damaged by some kid driving it that way? no

yeah he should not be driving a customers vehicle like that but I'd say just move on

sure you might be able to get the guy in trouble or possibly fired

let someone else be "that guy" ... tomorrow is another day

I would have also enable chill mode. But I would just mention it to the body shop as an aside. There used to be a local gas station that was infamous for the repair people peeling out in rear wheel drive ICE cars. The owner did not know about this, and finally figured out who the offender was and removed him from employment.

To me anyone who drives like that in a customer's car should be fired. It is less the damage that was done, but more the potential for additional damage that could occur.
