What are you asking? I had an Audi TT and never saw a 'highly visible indicator cluster".

Progressive... late model Audi's (and some Korean copycats) have indicator segments that light up successively from the middle to the outer edge.
The light appears animated, and is very hard to miss.
The Tesla has a very conventional and very small little rear indicator lamp, which judging by the tailgaters as I turn into my driveway, is not noticeable enough!

I think the term is sequential tail lights.
Quite a few hits when you search for sequential, but only for pre Highland.
I did see a black M3 at one of the 50kw vector charges ages ago
it had what looked like sequential tail lights fitted
Just replace mine. I had added the T lighted logo and reflector lights years ago. I think Tesla made them stop selling the light up T. Between the lights and the automatic trunk lift I don’t think I could stuff anymore wires through the flexible conduit between the trunk and the lid.
