Alignment question

Just picked up my model 3 today and on the drive home on the freeway the car was drifting in its lane (manually driving, no autopilot) could this be bad alignment? When I let go of the wheel it drove straight.

Check tire pressures. Yes, it could be but it can also be inconsistent tire pressure, tramlining on some pavement etc even strong wind - my car actually gets pushed about by wind near the coast

After checking pressures, drive for several hundred miles to let the tires break in.

I checked and corrected tire pressure but my service center confirmed alignment was off and I had to take it in for another issue anyways.

They said it isn’t but since it was under 100 miles they covered it

Ha. Less than 100 miles and alignment is off? Unless you're veering intentionally over potholes, that's ridiculous. But they fixed it, so letting them believe they performed some good will gesture seems innocuous.
