Alset Portland Amazing Service!

Just want to post a huge shout out to Alset Auto in Portland for doing a beautiful job on my new Model 3. Got the front PPF’d along with the rocker panels, ceramic, and 35% tint.

Ian was super responsive and always very helpful in my numerous emails asking about details. Their scheduling system made it easy to reschedule when the Tesla SC took longer than expected to fix the scratches I had upon delivery.

Once the car was in their hands, they had it ready in just two days, way faster than the 5 day estimate Ian gave me. The car looks fantastic, and they provided some car wash / polish / cleaner solution as well. Highly recommend.

I second your experience! I did a visit 4 months before I got the car (MY) in July 2021. They were very happy to explain the process and was able to see the extent they go to hide the PPF edges. I recently had an impact on the hood and tore the PPF but saved the paint! Had the PPF replaced at the Redmond, WA location, super friendly! I too had the PPF, ceramic and tinted the front two windows at the Portland location.
