    Hi,

Anyone using or know of a replacement to the normal C&G DCS-33RIT? I know there is a lithium replacement out there, but its pretty expensive and I think its too early to be sure that it works well when it is below freezing out.

I was actually wondering if I could piggyback a deep-cycle battery to the 12V since I'll be installing a two-way radio in the car -- just to give the 12V system extra capacity. Maybe it'll help stabilize the known weak link of the 12V system (the battery).
