An annoyance with Tidal

I've been using Tidal in the car exclusively since it became available and only today did I notice something that I hadn't noticed before. Tidal does not play gapless between the tracks. Up until now it had been rock/indie playlists and albums but today I put on opera, Tristan Und Isolde, and after the first track there was that gap when the prelude just flows into the body and the singing begins. It isn't the end of the world, just an annoyance, and I can't say I listen to much opera where it is usually the most apparent. And of course there is plenty of rock music that should flow too. Most streaming software handles it by downloading the next track on the list/album and having it ready. You'd never notice it on a playlist.
