An stupid question about my Tesla account.

I have a stupid question and cannot find Tesla contact. Days ago I enabled 2 step login with my Tesla account with MS Authenticator installed on my phone.

Yesterday the new iPhone 13 arrived, I transfered everything to new phone. However the MS Authenticator lost the Tesla info and I cannot login to my Tesla account.

I wonder if Tesla support is the only way. Thank you.
 
You can use your backup passcodes to access your account if you no longer have the authenticator set up correctly.

Hopefully you remember where you stored your backup passcodes.
 
I never setup backup password......
You will need to contact tesla.

Perhaps take a look at this thread. The last page of it has a contact phone number someone had success getting help from tesla on this situation.
